Code of Ethics

The 29-point Code of Ethics that all General Hypnotherapy Register therapists adhere to, covers all aspects of the use of hypnosis and also the nature of the therapeutic relationship itself.

The code outlines the need for open and respectful treatment of you, the client, and insists upon the professional approach to treatment by the therapist, who must be of impeccable personal integrity.

The need for confidentiality is of paramount importance, and Blue Sky Hypnotherapy conforms to current Data Protection legislation.

At the outset of hypnotherapy you will be given detailed guidance on what the therapy involves and communication will be open and honest throughout as it is important that a professional approach is taken to help with the resolution of the problem that concerns you.
